We are thrilled with the excellent customer service we received from Swini and his crew. They were on-time, polite and hard-working. I requested a somewhat unconventional installation and they really came through and completed it just as I had pictured. What a fantastic job done by the team at Authentic. Not only did they come out the day I contacted them to give me an estimate but also took the time to show and explain the products and methods used for the installation.
